Whether you're looking to launch a new product, celebrate a milestone or hit a specific sales goal, we'll optimize our event to align with your objectives and tailor our offerings to cater directly to your customer base.
Full-day or half-day in-person embroidery packages are available and include a custom-branded embroidery menu (Formats, Colors, Designs) with an inspiration board for your customers. The amount of embroidery machines depends on your event headcount.

We offer additional add-ons to design and embroider items in advance, in addition to pre-order and post-event fulfillment.

Setting up our equipment is labor-intensive, so we offer a reduced rate for events booked on consecutive days as a reflection of the reduced workload.

Private Events

All packages include an event-branded embroidery menu with forms for guests to fill out quickly. The amount of embroidery machines depends on your event headcount.

We are located in Austin, but can drive to areas with our machine. If you are located outside of Texas, please feel free to get in touch. We may be able to travel to your event or recommend you to someone in your state.
What items can you personalize?
We recommend choosing up to two items for guests to personalize during your event. We prefer to test the items in advance to ensure we use the correct needles based on your fabric.

Together, we can determine personalization offerings (items, fonts, monogram styles, images, colors, character limit, etc.) before designing a custom branded embroidery menu (Formats, Colors, Designs), including an inspiration board for your customers.
Where do the machines need to be set up?
Our embroidery machines requires an outlet solely for our use at all times. We have tables that hold each embroidery machine but require an additional 6ft table to display the menu, forms and finished items.
